Seventeen falsehoods sworn before the secret court
They built the case on rumor and the bureau’s own report
The target was a C-I-A contact – they buried the relation
Then altered the email to add “and not a source” – a felony alteration
Four warrants built on fabrication – the court was misled that day
Two witnesses to the same overt act – the Constitution wrote the way
The court declared the warrants invalid after the damage was done
Carter Page has no remedy – the system denied him one
Seven hundred thirty-nine exigent letters with no authority behind them
Three thousand telephone accounts breached – the agents said just sign them
Tea Party and Progressive – the keywords were the same machine
It wasn’t left or right they targeted – it was anyone who made a scene
They swore to scrupulous accuracy – the Woods file was the chain
They delivered rumor and speculation and called it verified again
You swore an oath – to the court
Thirty-five years the Pentagon has failed to clear the audit
Ten point eight billion confirmed as fraud – the public was defrauded
Turkish parts inside the carriers – they failed the stress and strain
The contractor had been debarred before but kept the payment chain
Congress trades the stocks of every sector they inspect
The STOCK Act was a mask and the enforcement was neglect
A trillion dollars requested while the books are still a wreck
The power of the purse surrendered – the Appropriations Clause is a speck
They swore to steward every dollar drawn against the public trust
They spent it on themselves and left the warfighter in the dust
You swore an oath – to the people

The walls designed to guard the Republic were demolished by the scheme
They swore to preserve protect and defend what the Founders wrote
They dismantled every safeguard while still wearing the coat
You swore an oath – to the Constitution
You swore an oath and fed the court a dossier built on rumor and on lie
You swore an oath and added “not a source” to the C-I-A reply
You swore an oath to steward every dollar that the people earned
You swore an oath and lost ten billion – not a single lesson learned
You swore an oath and when the Congress voted that the war must end
You swore an oath and vetoed them – the hostilities extend
The sovereign citizen is not asleep – the evidence is read
The Constitution is not their paper – it is everything we said
We the People are the power and the power has a voice
The oath you broke becomes the reason we enforce a different choice
You swore an oath – and we are the ones who will hold you to it
Article Three Section Three
Treason is defined as levying war
or giving aid and comfort to the enemy
Two witnesses to the same overt act – that was the standard
They could not meet it
So they built a machine that did not need to
The Founders built five walls to catch what treason could not reach
Emoluments – treaty power – the war clause – appropriations – the oath
Every wall has been dismantled
by the very people who swore to defend them
This is not treason by the letter of the law
This is something worse
This is the documented betrayal of a constitutional oath
by every branch of a government that forgot who it serves
The division was their weapon – they kept us fighting each other
We the People are the sovereign
And the sovereign is awake
