Miller Defendants’ Brief in Support of Preliminary Objections and in Opposition to Any Injunction (Lancaster County No. 24-00528)

Court Filing · Bradford L. Geyer and Robert E. Barnes, counsel for Amos and Rebecca Miller et al. · February 2024

Defense filing alleges misleading and perjured warrant affidavits, says the Florida decedent had advanced cancer and never drank Miller’s milk, and alleges negative test results were withheld until the eve of hearing. These are accused parties’ allegations, not findings adopted by the court.

In fact, the elderly lady who died had advanced cancer, and never drank any raw milk product of Amos Miller’s, as her caretaker testified to under oath and a former Wall Street Journal reporter had already previously investigated and independently found.

Defense filing alleges misleading and perjured warrant affidavits, says the Florida decedent had advanced cancer and never drank Miller’s milk, and alleges negative test results were withheld until the eve of hearing. These are accused parties’ allegations, not findings adopted by the court. Pages 4-5 allege that testing confirmed no Listeria problem at the farm and that PDA hid clearing results. The filing also raises statutory, equitable, religious, privacy, bodily-autonomy and other constitutional challenges. Alternate readable host is not an official court host.
