Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, August 2024: following the Supreme Court, it vacated the district court judgment and the preliminary injunction in full and sent the case back. This wiped out the earlier injunction but did not decide the merits.
Accordingly, we VACATE the judgment of the district court and the preliminary injunction in their entirety and REMAND for further proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court's opinion.
