City of Evanston, August 2025: the city shut off all 19 Flock cameras and gave notice it was terminating the contract.

On August 26, the City of Evanston and the Evanston Police Department deactivated all 19 Flock Safety ALPR cameras. The City is no longer collecting or providing license plate reader data to the Flock network.
