Federal appeals court, August 2024: struck down Missouri's Second Amendment Preservation Act. A state may refuse to help enforce federal law, but it cannot declare federal law invalid. The Supreme Court declined to review the case in October 2025.
Because the Act purports to invalidate federal law in violation of the Supremacy Clause, we affirm the judgment.
