They did not seize the republic with tanks.
They did not need to.
They built an office. Gave it a budget.
Hired someone you never voted for.
Handed them power to make law. Enforce law. Judge law.
Same building. No election. No recourse.
The founders wrote the powers down and named them one by one
Three branches with a check on each — the design had been done
No alphabet was in the founding law — no agency was named
No unelected class of rulers — every power was contained
But Wilson brought the expert class and called it something new
Efficiency over liberty — the technocratic view
The New Deal agencies that never left when the emergency had passed
FDR’s temporary alphabet carved permanent and fast
They cannot be voted out
They cannot be removed
They write the rule — enforce the rule — and judge the violation too
The founders wrote the warning and the warning still applies
And everything they warned against is running twenty-six floors high
THE UNELECTED — fourth branch of the state
THE UNELECTED — above the law and out of sight
The E-P-A declaring your backyard a federal wetland overnight
The A-T-F redefining felony by memo — no congressional right
THE UNELECTED — Chevron handed them the pen
THE UNELECTED — congress handed them the win
The non-delegation doctrine buried in the regulatory tomb
THE UNELECTED ARE MAKING LAW INSIDE YOUR LIVING ROOM
The I-R-S targeting the patriot group applying for exemption
The F-D-A revolving door with Pharma — ninety percent — no exception
The C-D-C declaring mandates that suspended the Bill of Rights
The F-B-I from foreign threats to surveilling school board nights
Ruby Ridge and Waco — the A-T-F and F-B-I at war
With citizens on sovereign land — that is what these agencies are for
The guidance document is not a law but try to disobey
The administrative law judge inside the agency will have his say
The Sackett family.
Bought a lot. Built a home.
The E-P-A declared it a wetland.
Thirty-seven thousand dollars per day in fines.
Fifteen years.
On land they owned.
No jury. No trial.
An administrative law judge ruled against the agency.
And was overruled by the agency anyway.
This is not an edge case.
This is the system working exactly as designed.
The frog did not jump.
Because the temperature rose one regulation at a time.
But Loper Bright overturned the Chevron doctrine finally
The court said agencies do not define their own authority
The Jarkesy ruling gave the seventh amendment back its ground
No more administrative courts — a jury of your peers is found
Schedule F strips the civil service shield from those who obstruct
The REINS Act forces congress to vote on every major rule construct
The tenth amendment sheriffs standing between the federal reach
And the citizen on sovereign ground the founders tried to teach
We name them all — we defund them all
We pass the REINS Act — we watch the agencies fall
The founders wrote the warning and the warning still applies
And we are done pretending we cannot see through the lies
NO MORE UNELECTED — name them every one
NO MORE UNELECTED — what the founders had begun
The REINS Act forces every major rule back to a vote
The sunset clause disbands the agency that cannot show its worth
NO MORE UNELECTED — Chevron’s dead and gone
NO MORE UNELECTED — the reclamation comes
The non-delegation doctrine lives — the constitution holds
THE SOVEREIGN CITIZEN RECLAIMS WHAT THE BUREAUCRAT CONTROLLED
Not in the Constitution.
Not in the founding law.
No unelected lawmaker.
No administrative judge.
No rule that is not a law.
Pass the REINS Act.
Invoke Schedule F.
Abolish them.
The republic is not theirs.

No agency is named in the founding document. The track traces the administrative state from Wilson’s expert class through the New Deal alphabet that never expired, and lands on the arrangement where one body writes the rule, enforces it, and judges the violation.
